As the AV Consultant, we engineered the DJ Room and Party Lounge with complete AV system design including professional speaker selection, acoustic placement planning, subwoofer positioning strategy, signal flow diagrams, rack layout schematics, structured cabling plans, and load calculations to achieve controlled SPL performance and balanced sound coverage.

As the Automation Consultant, we designed a Schneider KNX lighting control backbone integrated with Control4, enabling scene-based control for DJ mode, party mode, lounge ambience, and outdoor entertainment settings.

The data network and Wi-Fi infrastructure was designed using Ruckus enterprise-grade solutions with VLAN segmentation to ensure reliable streaming, automation traffic stability, and surveillance bandwidth management. Video surveillance was deployed on Hikvision IP architecture, while access control locks were discreetly integrated within sliding window frames for security without compromising aesthetics.

Multi-zone music distribution in common areas was structured on AirPlay architecture, enabling synchronized indoor–outdoor audio control. HVAC systems were integrated through Coolmaster VRV interface, allowing centralized climate automation and intelligent environmental control.

The final outcome is a performance-driven smart residence where AV, automation, security, networking, and climate systems operate as one cohesive, scalable ecosystem — designed through structured consultancy and technical precision.
