Project Overview
KT Consultancy provided complete technology design and planning consultancy for a contemporary private residence designed around open living spaces, strong indoor–outdoor connectivity, and clean architectural lines. The residence features large glazed openings, landscaped surroundings, and minimal interior detailing, requiring all technology systems to be discreet, reliable, and seamlessly integrated into the architecture. The consultancy approach focused on delivering comfort, security, and ease of operation without compromising the visual elegance of the home.
Scope Of Work
The project scope included the design of a C-Bus (Schneider Electric) lighting control system to support layered lighting scenes for living areas, circulation spaces, and outdoor zones, enhancing both functionality and ambience. A robust data network and high-performance Wi-Fi infrastructure were planned to ensure seamless connectivity across indoor and outdoor areas. Video surveillance and access control systems were carefully designed to provide comprehensive security coverage, including discreet access control locks integrated within sliding window frames to maintain the clean façade and interior aesthetics. In addition, a wireless intrusion detection system based on AJAX technology was incorporated to deliver advanced perimeter and internal security with minimal visible hardware. Through a coordinated, design-led consultancy approach, KT Consultancy delivered a secure, scalable, and future-ready residential technology solution that enhances daily living, ensures peace of mind, and blends seamlessly with the home’s architectural character.
