Party Lounge AV – High-End Residential Project
Project Overview
KT Consultancy delivered end-to-end technology design and planning consultancy for a high-end residential party lounge designed for entertainment, social gatherings, and immersive audiovisual experiences. The space features open-plan seating, high ceilings, architectural lighting elements, and a strong indoor–outdoor connection, all of which were carefully considered during the AV and systems design process. The consultancy approach focused on achieving powerful yet controlled sound, seamless lighting integration, and reliable system performance while preserving the clean architectural aesthetics of the lounge.
Party Lounge AV Design
A key highlight of this project was the complete end-to-end audiovisual design for the party lounge. KT Consultancy developed a detailed AV system design including speaker selection based on room volume, ceiling height, and seating layout, followed by precise speaker placement to ensure even sound coverage without visual clutter. Acoustic behavior of the space was carefully considered to manage reflections and maintain sound clarity during high-energy use while still supporting comfortable listening at lower volumes. Detailed schematics were prepared covering signal flow, cabling, equipment layout, and future expansion provisions, ensuring smooth execution and long-term reliability of the system.
Scope Of Work
The overall scope included KNX-based lighting control implemented over an IP backbone to create dynamic lighting scenes suited for parties, ambient use, and everyday living. A robust data network and high-performance Wi-Fi infrastructure were designed to support AV streaming, control systems, and connected devices. Video surveillance and access control systems were planned to enhance security, including discreet access control locks integrated within sliding window frames to maintain architectural continuity. Multi-zone background music using AirPlay was designed across common areas, enabling flexible and intuitive audio control. Through a coordinated, design-led consultancy approach, KT Consultancy delivered a powerful yet refined party lounge environment that combines immersive sound, intelligent lighting, reliable connectivity, and seamless architectural integration.
