The project scope included the design of a structured data network and high-performance Wi-Fi to support all residential and smart devices, along with KNX-based lighting control tailored for mood creation and daily living scenarios. IP-based CCTV and access control systems were planned to enhance security, including discreet access control locks integrated within sliding window frames to preserve architectural aesthetics. The design also incorporated IP telephony for internal and external communication, background music in common areas using AirPlay for a flexible and user-friendly audio experience, and a dedicated lounge AV system featuring a projection solution with a motorised lift for a clean, uncluttered look when not in use. Through an integrated and design-led consultancy approach, KT Consultancy delivered a reliable, scalable, and aesthetically refined home technology ecosystem that enhanced comfort, security, entertainment, and long-term adaptability.
