KT Consultancy designed the Boardroom Video Conferencing system based on Microsoft Teams Room platform, ensuring seamless compatibility with corporate collaboration workflows and calendar-based meeting control.

The control and automation architecture was planned using Crestron control system, enabling single-touch meeting start, display control, source switching, audio level management, and integration with the Teams Room interface.

Display size and mounting height were calculated based on viewing distance and seating layout, ensuring clear visibility for all participants across the long boardroom table. Camera placement was designed to maintain proper eye-line alignment for natural communication during remote meetings.

Microphone coverage and speaker placement were engineered to provide uniform voice pickup and clear speech reproduction without echo or feedback, supporting both local discussions and remote conferencing.

Complete documentation package included AV schematics, rack layout, cable routing drawings, device placement plans, and control topology diagrams, allowing smooth execution and future scalability.

The final outcome is a professionally engineered Microsoft Teams enabled boardroom, delivering reliable conferencing performance, intuitive operation, and enterprise-grade AV infrastructure aligned with modern corporate collaboration standards.
