Corporate Collaboration Spaces – Video Conferencing & Training Room AV Design

Project Overview

We worked as an AV Consultant for a corporate office project requiring professionally engineered collaboration spaces including boardroom, director cabins, meeting rooms, and training room AV systems. The objective of the project was to create a standardized and reliable video conferencing environment across all discussion spaces, ensuring seamless communication for both in-office and remote participants.

Our scope involved complete Design & Planning consultancy, focusing on correct display sizing, camera positioning, microphone coverage, acoustic considerations, and structured AV connectivity. The client required a clean, minimal installation with consistent user experience across all rooms while maintaining flexibility for future upgrades.

Scope Of Work

KT Consultancy designed the Boardroom Video Conferencing system with proper viewing distance calculations, display placement, camera eye-line alignment, and microphone pickup coverage to ensure natural communication during meetings.

Director cabins were equipped with compact VC setups, allowing quick one-to-one or small group calls without complex operation, while maintaining the same system architecture as the main boardroom.

Multiple meeting rooms were designed with standardized VC layouts, ensuring that users experience the same interface, audio clarity, and camera framing in every space, reducing training requirements and improving usability.

A dedicated Training Room AV system was engineered with large display / projection planning, high-clarity audio coverage, and input connectivity for laptop presentations, enabling smooth internal training sessions and client presentations.

The final design package included AV schematics, cable routing drawings, equipment layout, rack planning, and connectivity diagrams, allowing smooth execution on site while ensuring reliable performance, scalability, and professional corporate communication infrastructure.
