As part of the Party Lounge AV System Design, KT Consultancy delivered complete end-to-end technical documentation including professional speaker selection based on room acoustics and SPL targets, optimized speaker placement for even sound dispersion, low-frequency control planning, amplifier zoning schematics, and structured cabling layouts. The system was engineered to support both high-energy gatherings and balanced background listening modes; here we have designed an AV system based on BOSE Professional.

Multi-Zone Music distribution across common living areas was designed using AirPlay-based audio streaming architecture, allowing synchronized indoor–outdoor playback and flexible source management.

The data infrastructure was built on HP Aruba enterprise-grade networking, ensuring stable Wi-Fi coverage, seamless roaming, and bandwidth prioritization for AV streaming and surveillance systems.

Security architecture included Hikvision IP-based video surveillance, providing comprehensive property monitoring integrated within the structured network framework.

HVAC systems were integrated via Coolmaster VRV interface, enabling centralized climate management and automation-ready environmental control for party and lounge modes.

The final outcome is a fully engineered luxury residential entertainment ecosystem — combining AV consultancy expertise, intelligent infrastructure planning, secure networking, and integrated climate control — delivering performance, scalability, and seamless lifestyle automation.
