Luxury Residence - Home Theater, Party Lounge AV & Integrated Automation Design Consultancy
Project Overview
KT Consultancy provided comprehensive technology design and planning consultancy for a contemporary private residence organized around a central courtyard and open living zones. The architectural design features exposed concrete finishes, brick façades, large glazed openings, and strong indoor–outdoor connectivity, requiring all technology systems to be discreet, well-coordinated, and performance-driven. The consultancy objective was to deliver a seamless integration of audiovisual, lighting, networking, and HVAC control systems that enhance lifestyle comfort while preserving the architectural intent.
Scope Of Work
The overall project scope included intelligent lighting control using Schneider Electric C-Bus integrated with Control4, enabling intuitive scene-based lighting across living spaces, entertainment areas, and circulation zones. A robust data network and high-performance Wi-Fi infrastructure was designed using Ruckus technology to ensure reliable connectivity throughout the residence, including courtyard-facing spaces. Video surveillance was planned using Hikvision IP cameras to provide comprehensive monitoring, while multi-zone background music in common areas was designed using AirPlay for flexible and user-friendly audio control. In addition, HVAC control was integrated using Coolmaster VRV interface, enabling centralized and efficient climate control across zones. Through a coordinated, design-led consultancy approach, KT Consultancy delivered a high-performance, future-ready residential technology ecosystem that enhances entertainment, comfort, connectivity, and long-term system reliability.
Home Theater & Party Lounge AV Design
A major focus of the project was the end-to-end design of both a dedicated home theater and a high-energy party lounge AV system. KT Consultancy developed complete AV system designs including speaker selection based on room acoustics and usage patterns, precise speaker and subwoofer placement for balanced sound coverage, and detailed schematics covering signal flow, equipment layout, and structured cabling. The home theater was designed to deliver an immersive cinematic experience with controlled acoustics and accurate sound staging, while the party lounge AV system was engineered for dynamic sound performance suitable for social gatherings without compromising clarity or comfort. Both spaces were designed with future scalability and clean visual integration in mind.
