The project scope included intelligent lighting control using Schneider Electric C-Bus integrated with Control4, enabling scene-based lighting tailored for living areas, circulation zones, and outdoor spaces. A high-performance data network and Wi-Fi infrastructure was designed using Ruckus wireless technology to ensure consistent connectivity across the residence, including landscaped outdoor areas. Video surveillance was planned using Hikvision IP cameras to provide comprehensive perimeter and internal monitoring, complemented by discreet access control locks integrated within sliding window frames to preserve clean architectural lines. A wireless intrusion detection system based on Texecom technology was incorporated for advanced security with minimal visible hardware. In addition, multi-zone background music in common areas was designed using AirPlay, offering flexible and user-friendly audio control. Through a design-led consultancy approach, KT Consultancy delivered a secure, scalable, and future-ready smart residence solution that enhances everyday living, ensures peace of mind, and supports long-term system adaptability.
