Project Overview
KT Consultancy delivered comprehensive technology design and planning services for a contemporary corporate real estate office designed with a strong focus on modern architecture, clean interiors, and open collaborative spaces. The site features premium finishes, acoustically treated meeting rooms, wide circulation corridors with architectural lighting, and a well-defined boardroom environment, all of which were carefully considered during the technology planning phase. The consultancy approach ensured that all technology systems blended seamlessly into the architectural design, maintaining visual minimalism while delivering high performance, reliability, and operational efficiency across the workspace.
Scope Of Work
The project scope included the design of a structured data network and enterprise-grade Wi-Fi to support daily operations across open offices, meeting rooms, and circulation areas, along with KNX-based lighting control designed to complement architectural lighting layouts and ceiling details. IP-based CCTV and Facial Access Control systems were planned to enhance security without disrupting the clean interior aesthetics, while background solution music was designed for reception and common areas to create a comfortable and welcoming workplace environment. A dedicated boardroom video conferencing solution was planned with careful consideration of acoustics, room geometry, and lighting conditions, alongside a fully integrated IP telephony system. Through a coordinated and design-led consultancy approach, KT Consultancy delivered a secure, scalable, and future-ready office infrastructure that enhanced user experience, supported efficient collaboration, preserved architectural intent, and ensured long-term flexibility with minimal on-site rework during execution.
